GEOTEK LLC is seeking a Crew Lead to direct daily production activities on the shift, oversee the team, ensure proper run setup, and meet production metrics and quality targets. The role requires troubleshooting, maintaining run records, and proposing improvements.
The position offers multiple shifts on a rotating schedule with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and room for process optimization across pultrusion and winding lines.

The Crew Lead is responsible for directing the daily flow of all aspects of activities and production on the shift. In addition to overseeing the team, this person will be accountable for ensuring proper run set up, meeting production metrics and quality targets, troubleshooting production problems as they arise, maintaining run records, and recommending improvements.

GEOTEK's compensation model is skill-based, and starting pay levels are determined by previous experience and transferable skills. The range for this position breaks down as follows:
