• Owns well-defined tasks, with supervision
• Basic knowledge in specific discipline
• Low complexity data collection and hands-on skills
• Uses project collaboration tools/environments
• Supports troubleshooting
• Able to execute on written instructions as provided by supervisor
• Provide support for stocking lab supplies and maintaining lab equipment as instructed by supervisor
• Works effectively in team environment
• Establishes relationships with immediate project team and function
• Knows who the internal customers are, and is aware of their needs and expectations
• Communication of observations, technical findings and progress to supervisor and immediate project team
• Acknowledge communications/instructions are understood, and seeks clarification when required.
