Job summary

Alkegen seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the site’s Process Engineering Team, guiding project execution, improving OEE, line efficiency and product costs, and coordinating capital expenditures. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and optimization across site operations.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's in engineering, have 5+ years in an engineering leadership role, and bring TPM/Lean training, strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline.
• Formal TPM, Six Sigma, WCM, TPS or Lean training with at least 5 years of experience implementing and managing an engineering function.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information to production and maintenance staff.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the Process Engineering Team.
• Manage and implement projects to improve OEE, line efficiency and product costs.
• Identify and assess the value of new technologies through innovation.
• Manage local capital expenditure ensuring projects are on time and within budget.
• Support and comply with HSE, Quality policies and standards.
