Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in the United States seeks a Process Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing process development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across metal fabrication and assembly for data center components.

You will drive world-class performance using 42Q, Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and Industry 4.0 methods, leading a team of engineers and partnering with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Product Engineering on NPI, capacity expansion, and process validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of manufacturing engineering and process improvement in metal fabrication.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in production environments.
• Experience in high-volume, mixed-model manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and assembly.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Methodologies.
• Proven track record of process and manufacturing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across fabrication, welding, painting and assembly.
• Establish process standards, specifications and best practices across lines.
• Develop strategies to improve process capability, repeatability and scalability.
• Drive process validation with SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA and statistical methods.
• Lead NPI readiness reviews and support rapid scaling of data center infrastructure products.
