Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Manager to optimize production processes, drive Lean initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.

You will develop scalable manufacturing processes, support new product introductions, and lead continuous improvement projects across engineering and operations, applying data-driven decision making to deliver world-class outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or production operations.
  • Strong knowledge of process design, optimization, validation, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, safety, quality, and cost performance.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze KPIs and production data to identify improvement opportunities and guide decision making.
  • Support process validation activities and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in equipment installation, technology upgrades, and manufacturing startup projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to production and engineering teams.
  • Support new product introductions by developing robust and scalable manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
