Job summary

Ambs Chemical Search LLC seeks a Process Engineering Manager to lead process engineering initiatives across manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical manufacturing, process engineering, and team leadership, with experience driving continuous improvement, troubleshooting complex processes, managing capital projects, and improving safety, quality, reliability, and production efficiency.

Qualifications

BS in Chemical Engineering or related field with significant chemical/process manufacturing experience
Demonstrated engineering leadership experience
Experience driving continuous improvement and leading capital projects

Responsibilities

Drive process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Manage capital projects from concept through implementation.
Support process safety, MOC, and engineering standards.
Partner with plant leadership to improve productivity, quality, and reliability.
Provide technical leadership on new processes, equipment, and plant modifications.
