Responsibilities include supporting End-to-End New Product Launch processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supplying updates to senior leadership during the Summer 2027 program. This is an on-site internship with mentorship and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
• Available to work Full-time (40 hours/week) during the Co-op session.
• Be available to travel to the office in Jacksonville, FL.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• On-site in Jacksonville, FL; on-site work requires student transportation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and strong communication.
• Leadership or community service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement of End-to-End New Product Launch processes.
• Facilitate and lead cross-functional project teams to deliver goals.
• Assist PMs in delivering New Products from development to launch.
• Provide routine updates for Senior Leadership on progress.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create project timelines with risk mitigation.
• Adhere to laws, policies, ethics, and compliance in all activities.
• Maintain high levels of communication and collaboration across teams.
• Participate actively in meetings.
