With 50 years of experience as innovators in biopharma facilities, our more than 3,800 skilled architectural, engineering and construction professionals continue to work with our clients to drive innovations in the industry. Jacobs provides a single source of responsibility for all services, from strategy and concept through site selection and evaluation, regulatory compliance, design, constructability, construction management, commissioning, validation and startup. We also provide operations support and asset management services, including plant engineering, maintenance optimization and traditional maintenance and turnaround services.

As an intern, you will also be included in the Jacobs Life Sciences North America Process Training Program. This program gathers all of Jacobs young process engineers across the US to learn about different unit operations from Jacobs Subject Matter Experts. In addition, you will gain access to a library of previously recorded sessions and any new sessions that take place during your time with Jacobs.

At Jacobs Cary, our intern program spans across various departments allowing for you, as a process department intern, to build connections and interact outside of just the process department. The intern program also includes presentations by each of the department managers, giving you a better idea of what this office does as a whole. At the conclusion of the program, all interns will reflect and summarize their experience via a presentation to their peers and the Cary management team.
