Job summary

Jacobs in New York is seeking an Engineering Intern to support project coordination and engineering teams. You’ll gain exposure to CAD software, data collection, and design processes within our Global Integrated Delivery framework.

The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and delivering high-quality work while working in a hybrid environment across Jacobs offices and remote locations.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited program.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • 3.0 GPA
  • Must be at least a rising Junior
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD
  • A previous internship related to your field of study
  • Self-driven time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Support project coordination alongside professional engineers and designers.
  • Gain exposure to computer-assisted engineering software and data collection.
  • Contribute fresh ideas to critical projects within Jacobs' GID teams.

Here’s what you’ll need
  • In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited program

The base salary range for this position is $4,000.00 to $6,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
