Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a BS or MS in an engineering field.
• Proficient in 3D CAD design software (SolidWorks preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IQ/OQ/PQ testing for new mold tools or equipment.
• Measure parts, perform functional testing, analyze data, and write qualification reports.
• Apply 5S principles for proper flow and safety on the production floor.
• Set up new conveyor systems for use in production.
• Identify and propose ways to reduce conversion costs and improve throughput.
• Support root cause analysis of CAPAs using tools like Pareto charts.
