Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively in a team to implement manufacturing process improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with mentors to identify methods for automating processes.
• Deploy best practices for process control and yield improvement.
• Create or update work instructions, training guides, and certification tests.
• Provide regular updates to program coordinator and leaders.
• Benchmark practices against external standards and propose improvements.
• Lead capital projects to address capacity and tech capability.
• Present updates to leadership and participate in company-wide events.
• Participate in internal design reviews to ensure processing meets customer needs.
• Occasional travel for workshops and trade shows.
