Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline is required.
• Minimum of one engineering internship or relevant co-op experience.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and analyze process performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain PFMEA documentation.
• Create, revise, and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process, production, and quality issues.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Train production associates on process improvements and procedures.
• Spend significant time on the production floor with operators and maintenance staff.
• Lead projects focused on process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Develop best practices, standardized methods, and innovative solutions.
