Radiation Monitoring Devices, Inc. (RMD) in Watertown, MA, is seeking a Process Engineer for the Advanced Thin Film Technologies (ATFT) group.
You will lead thin film deposition efforts and collaborate with scientists to advance ALD/CVD/PVD processes and characterization techniques. The Advanced Thin Film Technologies (ATFT) Group is seeking a Process Engineer with expertise in thin film deposition techniques, including but not limited to Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD, preferred), Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Sputtering, E-beam, and Thermal Evaporation. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in thin film characterization methods. As a part of the ATFT team, you will be at the forefront of thin film development for applied research.
