Job summary

ATI, based in Washington, PA, is seeking a Process Engineer to support our Specialty Rolled Products business unit. The role covers process development, improvement, and quality cost control, with daily interaction with production workers and supervision.

You will lead yield and product quality projects, ensure products meet customer specifications, support new product qualification, and interface with customers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering, or STEM with relevant experience.
• Experience with process analysis and summarizing data from experiments.

Responsibilities

• Process development and improvement.
• Resolve quality-related issues and troubleshoot processes.
• Quality cost control and off-standard dispositions.
• Daily interaction with production workers and supervisors.
• Lead yield and product quality improvement projects.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Support customer new product qualification.
