You will own multiple unit operations, drive energy efficiency, and reduce downtime while collaborating with engineers, operations and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Chemical, Bio Engineering or related field required
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• Root cause analysis (5 whys, fishbone, KT) preferred
• 3+ years post-graduation experience; manufacturing background preferred

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of multiple unit operations; improve energy use, material use, and production efficiency.
• Manage process studies, system optimizations, and capital projects from scope to implementation.
• Troubleshoot process upsets; support startups/shutdowns; perform root cause analysis to drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Equipment SMEs, procurement, vendors, and cross-sites to share best practices.
• Monitor plant performance and KPIs; propose data-driven process adjustments.
