L’Oréal in Clark, NJ is seeking a Process Engineer to lead manufacturing process development for product launches and reformulations, focusing on scale-up and robust performance. You will report to the North America Pilot Team Director and collaborate with Pilot Teams, Process Experts, Quality, Development, Packaging, and R&I to deliver scalable, compliant processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Process Development & Scale-Up: bench and pilot batches to ensure scale-up and product performance.
Technical Troubleshooting: propose solutions to chemical and process challenges.
Quality & Compliance: maintain QA documentation and safe hazardous waste procedures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Pilot Teams, Process Experts, Quality, Development, Packaging, and R&I.
