Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Textile) required.
• Minimum 3 years in technical or manufacturing with nonwovens/textile experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Define, monitor, develop and correct manufacturing processes.
• Develop new products and processes as defined by product development.
• Act as custodian of process/specifications system.
• Support safe and productive manufacture of quality products.
• Run trials, observe, report results and recommend changes.
• Maintain records, observe safety rules, and ensure efficiency.
