Hollingsworth & Vose seeks a Process Engineer to lead and support improvements across manufacturing processes, focusing on carding and nanofiber technologies. Essential qualifications include a technical degree, 3+ years in process design/optimization, and strong Excel/Minitab skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience designing and optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Nanofiber and carding experience preferred.
• Hands-on with operating teams, maintenance, and R&D.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve manufacturing process systems, focusing on carding and nanofiber processes.
• Maintain production equipment practices by monitoring KPI’s and data.
• Manage process/project capital expenditures and safety/environmental compliance.
• Design, manage, and execute production trials and support R&D trials as needed.
