Job summary

Meissner Filtration Products seeks a Process Engineer to design, implement and manage efficient production systems at our Camarillo, CA headquarters. You will optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, safety and productivity, working closely with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Process Engineer role preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and a working knowledge of related software and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement manufacturing processes to optimize production.
• Improve production processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and team to ensure quality output and cost reduction.
• Create project plans with schedules, testing, analysis and documentation.
