Meissner Filtration Products, Inc. is seeking a Product Solutions Engineer in Camarillo, CA to transform ideas into manufacturable products for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing. You will support rapid, iterative feasibility and contribute to proposals and technical documentation.

The role requires a BS in engineering and 2+ years of experience, with preference for pharma/biotech exposure; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 2+ years of engineering experience.
• Pharmaceutical/biotech exposure preferred.
• Ability to manage day-to-day project responsibilities and timelines.
• Mechanical engineering knowledge for component selection and system layout.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sale and post-sale activities to develop and implement complex technical products.
• Configure existing systems and design custom elements with suppliers when required.
• Engage with suppliers to source technical solutions meeting requirements and maintain relationships.
• Gather, clarify, and interpret technical and application requirements with customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to proposals, URS, FRS, and DDS to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
