Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and hands-on experience in manufacturing process design and optimization.
• RJG Master Molder I & II certifications are preferred.
• Experience in leading manufacturing process improvement projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement manufacturing processes, equipment and plants from pilot to fully operational.
• Develop and improve manufacturing methods aligned with mold and process control.
• Manage plant, equipment and process improvement projects as assigned.
• Optimize press cycle time and process consistency.
• Assist in development and manufacture of new tools to reduce time-to-market and cost.
