Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Process Engineer to expand midstream assets through projects in cryogenic gas processing, NGL fractionation, and related facilities. Collaboration across disciplines, project management, and operations is essential.

You will lead process design, evaluate operating scenarios, and ensure deliverables like PFDs, P&IDs, and data sheets meet safety and engineering standards while supporting capital projects from concept to startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; chemical preferred.
• MS or PE license is a plus.
• Experience across midstream or petrochemical industries is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment with other engineering disciplines, project managers, and operations.
• Lead process design and development efforts in support of major capital projects.
• Provide technical support and oversight to project teams during design review, hazard analysis, and start-up.
• Ensure quality of Deliverables (PFDs, H&MB Balances, P&IDs, Equipment Data Sheets).
• Evaluate operating scenarios and assist in developing project scopes and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and engineering practices.
