Qualifications

• BSIE/BSME or engineering degree required.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce scrap, rework, defects, and costs while boosting productivity.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring manufacturing issues.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing methodologies, including Kaizen, 5S, value-stream mapping, and standard work.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to optimize workflows and equipment utilization.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure improvement results and sustain outcomes.
• Document improved processes and train employees on continuous improvement practices.
• Support product introductions and initiatives to improve safety, efficiency, and overall performance.
