Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four‑year college or university, or 6 to 8 years of related experience.
• Ability to design and execute a Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs.
• Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow.
• Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods.
• Create work instructions and validation documentation.
• Prepare product and process reports by collecting and analyzing data.
