Job summary

Better Being Co. is seeking a Process Engineer to evaluate, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, improving safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement across the production lifecycle. Under limited supervision, you will design, implement, and document optimized workflows, SOPs, and KPIs, while leading root cause analyses and supporting new product

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical documents and procedures.
• Communicate technical information clearly in verbal and written formats.
• Proficient in writing reports and business correspondence.
• Able to collect, analyze, and present data effectively.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify process issues and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize production processes for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Review and source packaging materials (bottles, cartons, boxes, films).
• Analyze SCADA data and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance to improve OEE.
