Job summary

SCN BestCo is seeking a Process Engineer to improve production process output and product quality across multiple processes and equipment. You will collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse to ensure safe, cost-effective, high-quality output.

Required: Bachelor’s in engineering and 2 years in manufacturing or process engineering; strong communication and teamwork skills; proficiency in AutoCAD. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering, or related field.
• 2 years' experience in manufacturing, process, or continuous improvement engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in production areas (moguls & packaging) with focus on long-term process improvements.
• Collaborate across departments to identify process and product improvements.
• Design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
• Develop workflows to reduce and eliminate redundant work.
• Lead teams to investigate equipment failures and diagnose faulty operation.
