SCN Team is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for precision manufacturing and metal cutting solutions. The role focuses on leading manufacturing process development, industrialization, and process optimization, with strong CAD/CAM programming and CNC machining expertise.

You will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, drive projects from concept to production readiness, and travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or CNC programming.
• Proven success developing manufacturing processes from concept through production.
• Strong CAD/CAM programming and CNC machining skills.
• Hands-on understanding of metal cutting, tooling, and equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Excellent project management and technical communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complete manufacturing processes from concept through production launch.
• Develop and optimize CNC programs, machining strategies, and processes.
• Apply multi-axis machining expertise to improve productivity and quality.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cycle times, costs, and waste.
• Lead engineering projects from evaluation through validation and production readiness.
• Collaborate with customers to evaluate challenges and implement solutions.
• Use data and performance metrics to validate processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated manufacturing solutions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all processes.
