Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred (mechanical, manufacturing, or related).
• 2-5 years experience in manufacturing discipline; fenestration industry preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and AutoCAD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for continuous improvement efforts and new product development with regard to production processes and equipment.
• Process information improvements across multiple facilities.
• Support lean manufacturing applications and layout design.
• Improve material handling and production equipment specifications.
• Collaborate with design engineering and production to optimize window and door manufacturing methods.
