Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify manufacturing system constraints and bottlenecks using Lean Six Sigma, TOC, Operations Science, and Factory Physics.
• Analyze cycle time, queue time, WIP, yield, and throughput data to diagnose performance losses.
• Lead efforts to exploit and elevate constraints by reducing variation, controlling WIP, implementing standard work, and redesigning bottlenecks.
