Hyperion Materials & Technologies in West Branch, MI is seeking a Process Engineer to support the West Branch Sinter Operation. Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in materials, metallurgical, chemical, mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering, chemistry, or related technical field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment preferred; additional experience may be required depending on depth of technical expertise.
• Experience in sintering, thermal processing, powder metallurgy, chemistry, materials analysis, or related manufacturing processes is strongly preferred.

• Participate in safety reviews as part of a culture committed to an accident-free workplace.
• Lead strategic & Capex projects related to the powder plant.
• Identify process improvements and lean initiatives to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency in tungsten carbide powder manufacturing.
• Develop, track, and communicate key process indicators to drive operational stability.
• Support introduction of new products with proper process controls and documentation.
