Qualifications

- Requires US work authorization; on-site Westminster, SC; no visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes and formulations.
- Analyze production data to support continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
- Lead capital investment projects for advanced production technologies.
- Collaborate with R&D, maintenance, and suppliers to drive innovation and standards.
- Provide daily technical support and guidance to production teams.
