Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related discipline with 5–7 years of process engineering experience.
• Alternative: 15 years of related experience in lieu of a formal degree.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• SolidWorks proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production performance and report to process/production groups.
• Lead process optimization projects to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Conduct process audits, SPC, PFMEA and collaborate with vendors.
• Support manufacturing problems with technical expertise.
• Promote LEAN manufacturing, reliability, and automation initiatives.
