Overview:

An award-winning Team is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to oversee municipal water/wastewater treatment plant design. This role is ideal for a PE-licensed engineer with deep technical experience and leadership ability. Youll drive innovation, mentor a growing team, and play a hands-on role in delivering high-performance infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process design for custom municipal water/wastewater treatment facilities.
• Collaborate across mechanical, structural, and civil teams.
• Interface with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
• Manage technical design reviews, QA/QC, and schedule adherence.
• Mentor junior staff and lead internal technical development.

Qualifications:

• PE License (required)
• 10+ years of municipal water/wastewater experience, including 2+ in leadership.
• Proficiency with process modeling tools (e.g., GPS-X, BioWin, Sumo).
• Experience with hydraulic modeling and large, multidisciplinary projects.
• Masters degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering .
