Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc., a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting students for 2027 Summer Interns within the Process Engineering organization. Positions located in Jacksonville, FL.

The internship offers real-life hands-on experience, coaching and mentoring, and opportunities to work on projects that improve leadership, analytical, and project management skills, spanning design, development, manufacturing and commercialization of new products.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pursuing Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in mechanical, materials, chemical engineering or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.
• Must have completed one year of school by the start of the internship

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering.
• Supervise key operational performance indicators and report results against goals.
