Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a collaborative environment
• Exposure to manufacturing environments and familiarity with CAD are preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation of manufacturing processes for components, connectors, and harnesses
• Learn core product knowledge from Process Engineers
• Support documentation compliance with Quality System requirements
• Create and maintain work instructions for new product introductions (NPIs)
• Collaborate with engineering services to support departmental goals
• Observe and assist in NPI builds for connectors and harnesses
• Conduct time studies and help evaluate time standards with teams
• Develop professional engineering skills in a corporate setting
• Perform basic maintenance and assist with equipment troubleshooting
