Job summary

Accumold is seeking a Process Engineer to develop robust tooling processes using scientific molding techniques. You will support injection molding across Micro Mold and Small Mold projects, collaborating with engineering teams to meet customer needs.

The role requires strong DOE experience, meticulous documentation, and the ability to train new staff while maintaining production workflows and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight to ten years’ processing experience in injection molding with strong scientific molding techniques.
• Proven ability to perform DOE studies and qualify OQ/PQ.
• Proficient in documentation and process logging.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust processes on all new tools using scientific molding to ensure production readiness.
• Collaborate with Design, Quality and Project Engineering to meet customer needs.
• Troubleshoot molds and machines; perform minor maintenance.
• Work self-directed with schedule planning and minimal supervision.
