Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process optimization.
• Experience solving complex manufacturing problems with data-driven methods.

Aufgaben

• Monitor processes and SPC activities for critical processes.
• Daily monitoring of quality, cycle time, EHS compliance, and adherence to work practices.
• Identify root causes for out-of-control products and implement corrective actions.
• Manage Nonconforming Material Reports and drive root-cause resolution.
• Write and modify Work Instructions for existing products.
