The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, 4+ years in chemical manufacturing, and hands-on experience with ChemCAD, Dynochem, Minitab, and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemical & Biological Engineering.
• 4+ years of work experience in chemical manufacturing or chemistry development.
• Familiarity with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process engineering activities for creation, improvement, control, testing, and inspection of production processes.
• Ensure operations meet GMP and regulatory mandates.
• Develop process simulations and manage transfer of new chemical processes to full-scale production.
• Lead optimization projects to reduce costs and cycle times while improving yield and quality.
• Collaborate with Production, QC, and QA to monitor and maintain control of existing manufacturing processes.
• Support site-wide digitalization and equipment installations.
