The role involves serving as a primary technical point contact, assisting in design changes, commissioning, and resolving issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering required.
• 3–6 years of related refinery/chemical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations support and troubleshooting for refinery units and operating systems.
• Identify and resolve process limitations and problems; lead in resolution.
• Assist in start-up/shutdown and maintenance preparations for equipment.
• Support energy conservation and unit optimization to reduce costs.
• Perform PSM functions including HAZOP participation and MOC coordination.
• Assist in developing unit and system procedures and training.
