Job summary

You will train teams, ensure manufacturability of new products, lead process improvements, and develop documentation under quality and change management procedures. Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops manufacturing solutions that meet customer requirements while maintaining quality and cost targets.
• Uses tools to analyze, create, and verify processes and equipment performance.
• Extends expertise across Plexus manufacturing processes and product requirements.
• Works independently in at least one process area with minimal guidance.
• Produces project documentation per quality and change management procedures.
