You will lead and support the development and improvement of manufacturing processes and material flow, create and refine SOPs, and conduct data-driven analyses to boost productivity and quality. You will also mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM field.
• 3–6 years of engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with process simulation or CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development and improvement of manufacturing processes and material flow.
• Create, implement, and refine standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to enhance productivity, quality, and process efficiency.
