Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking a Process Engineer II for an in-person role in New York. The position offers $43-$48/hour, 1st Shift, and excellent benefits including weekly pay.

You will lead and support the development and improvement of manufacturing processes and material flow, create and refine SOPs, and conduct data-driven analyses to boost productivity and quality. You will also mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM field.
• 3–6 years of engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with process simulation or CAD tools.
