Job summary

TaBb Talent Solutions seeks a Process Engineer II for our Dillon, SC facility. You will develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

You will work cross-functionally with automation, engineering, and safety teams to ensure safe, compliant change management and optimized operations. The ideal candidate has a chemical/industrial/mechanical engineering background, 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Experience with process optimization, data analysis, and safety methodologies (HAZOP, PHA, MOC).

Responsibilities

Monitor and improve plant efficiency to meet production requirements.
Provide technical expertise to modify existing processes and implement new ones.
Support product quality improvements and contribute to new product development.
Improve process control and reduce variation through data-driven analysis.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise in-plant production trials and optimization efforts.
Lead risk assessments including HAZOPs, PHAs, and MOC documentation.
Collaborate on design, cost analysis, lifecycle evaluations, and equipment selection.
Lead corrective and preventive action initiatives with root-cause analysis.
