Job summary

Brewer Science, Inc. in Rolla, Missouri is seeking a Process Engineer II or III to join our engineering team. The role focuses on evaluating, developing, and implementing programs for process characterization, continuous improvement, and equipment effectiveness.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, lead process improvement initiatives from concept to implementation, and support safety and quality standards in chemical manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field with 2+ years chemical manufacturing experience or
• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline or
• An equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, select, develop and implement programs for product and process characterization and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
• Provide technical support to production, troubleshoot process issues, and mentor lower-level engineers.
