Job summary

MilliporeSigma seeks a Process Engineer II to support manufacturing and testing of high purity filters, prioritizing safety and quality. You will establish operating specs, monitor machinery, investigate issues, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include process optimization, RCA/CAPA support, and assisting with equipment validation. Requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and 2+ years in a regulated facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Controls Engineering.
• 2+ years in FDA regulated medical device/pharma manufacturing supporting automated or manual processes.
• Experience with process improvements, RCA, CAPA, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficiency and troubleshoot critical manufacturing equipment.
• Lead cross functional discussions to realize process improvements.
• Evaluate changes and drive a cross functional team to meet deadlines.
• Conduct intermediate process engineering assessments and support RCA/CAPA initiatives.
• Coordinate equipment validations, write protocols and reports.
