Job summary

MilliporeSigma in the United States seeks an entry-level Process Engineer I to support the manufacture and testing of high purity filters, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, process control, electro-mechanical assembly, and material handling.

You will work with senior engineers to ensure process stability, perform basic RCA/CAPA activities, and collaborate across functions to drive yields and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM-related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in FDA-regulated manufacturing if no degree.
• Master's degree preferred in engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficiency and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Lead process improvement discussions with team.
• Support RCA and CAPA to address root causes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to disposition product.
• Develop, review, and approve procedures for production and validation.
• Lead capital and change initiatives meeting industry standards.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP.
• Implement changes to reduce waste and improve yields.
