Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Process Improvement (PI) and CMM/CMMI-like models.
• Ability to coordinate enterprise-level engineering processes across teams.
• Experience in conducting training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Responsibilities

• Applies process improvement (PI), engineering methodologies, and principles to improve Enterprise-level processes.
• Facilitates project teams and coordinates transfer of new processes and practices to teams.
• Lead assessment teams in conducting formal and informal assessments and drive improvement plans.
