Job summary

NEOTech is seeking an experienced manufacturing equipment engineer to support and optimize production equipment including screen printers, pick & place, reflow, wave and AOI. You will program, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment, evaluate new technologies, and drive process improvements aligned with quality and cost goals.

The role requires a BS in Engineering/Science, at least 5 years in electronics manufacturing, and familiarity with lead-free processes.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Science or Math is required.
• 5+ years in electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Lead-free processes experience is a plus.
• Pass IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification and IPC-A-610 Modules 1 & 2.

Responsibilities

• Program, troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Support engineering initiatives for new equipment and processes.
• Monitor aqueous cleaner and ionic contamination testing equipment.
• Initiate process improvements from test/yield data.
• Prepare and submit reports; support capital investment proposals.
• Guide machine operators and collaborate with other teams.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Safety and ISO standards.
• Support 6S objectives; perform other duties as assigned.
