$136,900.00-$188,200.00 Annual
This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
The Project Engineering Manager is accountable for the management of JM's largest and most complex projects and is an expert in companywide applied areas. Responsible to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure that resources are used effectively, and all project goals are met. Cooperates and communicates actively with the project stakeholders such as plant managers and business leaders to ensure alignment in all stages of the project. The typical project budget is $40M to $150M.
Responsible for equipment and work specifications; develops schedules, budgets and forecasts; selects materials, equipment, project resources, and contractors, and ensures all aspects of the design are reviewed technically and commercially for scope, safety, quality, and functionality. Identifies and promotes use of best practices and implements programs for continuous improvement in the Capital Project Process. (CPP)
Leads cross-functional project teams that typically consists of plant personnel, discipline engineers, procurement and external engineering contractors. Reports to the project steering team which reviews options and provides support and guidance at the various phases of the project.
