Job summary

Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp. seeks a Process Engineer I to help develop and optimize manufacturing processes for personal care, OTC, and cosmetic products.

You will collaborate with R&I, Quality, and Compounding to support pilots, tech transfer, and scale-up from lab to production. The role requires a BS in engineering, at least 2 years in process engineering or related FMCG fields, and familiarity with cGMP and FDA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in process engineering or related FMCG roles.
• Familiarity with cGMP and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pilot batches and scale-up to large-scale production.
• Document pilot observations and deviations for decisions.
• Provide process engineering support for continuous improvement.
• Support technology transfer and customer collaborations.
• Reduce batch cycle times and improve tank turnover.
• Follow in-process adjustment protocols for pH, viscosity, etc.
